Dear Brides, we are currently taking a creative break and will not produce our designs to order until the end of 2018. We do however have samples available for many of the products, if you are interested in purchasing those please don’t hesitate to get in touch :)
A note about handmade silk flowers:
All silk flowers are made from scratch using the finest silks and chiffons, with traditional millinery techniques. Each and every petal is cut by hand, dyed or painted in turn, shaped to perfection until finally the petals are carefully arranged to assemble the flower.
This means they are wonderfully delicate and unique, and true works of art. I especially love creating flowers to match a bride’s bouquet or floral decorations and, whilst I absolutely adore fresh flowers, silk flower headpieces are great to keep and treasure for years to come.

Production & Shipping
All pieces are made to order and will usually ship within 2 -3 weeks of payment received if no or only minor custom changes are required. For lead time for bespoke orders please contact me.
Each beautifully hand-crafted accessory is made from start to finish in our studio from the highest quality materials. Every piece is created with great love, skill, patience and attention to detail.
Delivery
All orders from the European Union (including the UK and Norway) are sent with DHL, you can chose between a tracked or untracked shipment. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is on it's way, and the tracking code where applicable.
Delivery costs:
Germany: € 3.80 or € 5.90 tracked (1-2 working days)
Europe: € 8.50 or €10.90 (3 - 8 working days)
Worldwide € 17.00 tracked only (5 - 14 working days)
Express options available at checkout or on request.
Returns & Refunds
If you have ordered a design from the collection (without custom changes) please contact us within 14 days to arrange a return. We will send you the details and a return form. Returns must be sent tracked & insured and in it's original packaging.
Please be aware many of our pieces are very delicate - any damaged or worn items can not be accepted for a refund.
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on custom or bespoke orders once they have been made and shipped.

We have recently relocated from London to my hometown Hamburg in Germany.
If you'd like to try the collection or discuss a bespoke design please get in touch to make an appointment to visit the studio. During your visit you will have the possibility to try samples, and we can chat about your ideas and requirements or work on a bespoke design.
